1. The acid washing tank should be cleaned once and its solution should be replaced; Conduct an inspection of the spray device inside the tank to see if there is any blockage, and promptly unblock any blockage; When cleaning the conductive supports and the contact points between the anode and the live wire on the copper plating tank and tin plating tank, a cloth can be used to wipe and sandpaper can be used for polishing; Conduct an inspection of the titanium basket and tin bar basket of the copper plating tank and tin plating tank, replace the damaged titanium basket bag and tin bar basket, and add copper balls and tin bars. After adding copper balls and tin bars within 7 days, the electroplating copper tank and tin plating tank must be electrolyzed.

2. The maintenance and upkeep of the vertical electroplating line vibration mechanism is carried out on the vertical electroplating. In order to ensure the uniformity of surface copper and the effect of hole copper during electroplating, the plate will be vibrated and swayed, and there will be a vibration and swaying mechanism on the tank body.
After 30 days, it is necessary to inspect the gearbox to see if it operates normally and check its tightness; To check the tightness of the vibration installation motor bolts; Check the wear of the vibrating rubber, and replace it in a timely manner if the wear is severe.
180d Check the contact situation of the power lines inside the junction box, tighten the loose joints in a timely manner, and replace the power lines with melted or aged insulation layers to ensure insulation between the power lines; All bearings on the vibration mechanism should be inspected once, and the lubricating grease should be replaced in a timely manner for severely worn bearings.
3. Maintenance and upkeep of the vertical electroplating line crane The vertical electroplating line uses cranes and hanging tools to transport circuit boards. Clean the crane and hanger once a week (the crane and hanger do not need to be disassembled) to keep their appearance clean. During cleaning, use a cloth to wipe and polish them with sandpaper. Conduct an inspection on the hanging device every 30 days to check for any damage; Conduct an inspection and maintenance of the motor and reducer of the crane, check the entire transmission device, and ensure its normal operation. 180d: Conduct an in-depth cleaning and maintenance of the crane and its attachments, and remove the attachments from the crane for cleaning.
